Nikki Cook is a cartoonist living in Brooklyn, New York. She has appeared in comics from such publishers as Vertigo, Image, and Boom Studios, and Marvel. She has self-published for years, and was a founding member of Act-I-Vate, the webcomics collective. She is very tall and is descended from Norwegian prize fighters.

i really like this one. i gotta admit, i never liked the faces you drew, but in this one...everything just fits. i gotta go through your archives and rethink my thoughts about you.

ReplyDeleteI agree with the first commenter, the face on the dude in this pic looks good. I'm glad to see you move away from bulging jaws, overly-wide hips, and semi-anime watery eyes. This looks closer to being in tune with the style you're going for. I was a little confused about which way the guy was facing, but the bottles/shading on the bottles is pretty sweeeeeeeeeet.
